DLC was entered on wrong account

Discus and support DLC was entered on wrong account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Tried downloading DLC on stepsons account and it wouldn't let me so I did it under his moms.     DLC was entered on wrong account


    Tried downloading DLC on stepsons account and it wouldn't let me so I did it under his moms. Now he doesn't have access to it. I need it moved but there is no way to email to fix it.

    Hello, sorry the DLC cant be moved from one account to another. I would try to call in and speak with a representative to see what can be done. Normally all sales are Final when it comes to DLC, so its up to them as how they will handle it.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem.

    Unfortunately we are unable to transfer this currency from account to account. The currency in this case would need to be used under the account in which it was redeemed.
