DLC Transfer

Way back in 2006 when I bought my 1st Xbox 360 I did not have an Xbox Live account. I bought it for Oblivion and not having any idea at the time that it would cause any issue, I had my roommate purchase most of the Oblivion DLC through his Xbox Live account
on my console, which I was able to access using a non-Xbox live gamer tag I had at the time. However, after getting an Xbox Live account and starting a new gamertag, I could no longer access it. Since Oblivion recently became backwards compatible, I just
installed it on Xbox One hoping I could play it again. When was transferring my save games to the cloud, I saw that the DLC files are still there but the game will not load them since they were purchased under a different account. I spoke to a representative
who said that it is not possible to transfer content from one profile to another, but the article he sent me on DRM seems like in my case it might be possible. Since the files are still on my console, is it possible to have the friend who purchased them for
me log into my console with his Xbox Live account and do a license transfer so I can use them? I don't think Microsoft made this clear in the early days of Xbox live that you need to use the same profile and console to use DLC, not to mention the game is 10
years old, so I don't know why they don't make exceptions for cases like this and at least give credit to download again. I have the content on my console so my friend who downloaded it for me isnt able to use it, which makes it obvious I wasn't trying to
rip them off. I had my most recent save games and stored all of my valuable items in parts of the map that were DLC, so when the game loads without the DLC, I'm just floating in the air. I bought everything once, so its not worth it to me to purchase everything again,
I just thought it would be cool if I was able to play an old favorite again.

Do you play the Beatles rock band

I recently got The Beatles rock band for Christmas, and when I found out the dlcs were removed on 5th of May I decided to try to find anyone who downloaded the dlcs before they were removed. If anyone has could they please help me try to get them. i don't know if the dlcs can be copied and transfered but if they can, that would be greatly appreciated if anyone could copy and transfer them to my xbox 360 acount.

I bought the DLC by bungie the taken king for my Xbox 360, And I try to transfer to my Xbox one, as I did with the previous DLC by bungie But is impossible ti transfer how I do yo transfer the DLC the taken king to my Xbox one?
