DLC transfer error?

I am currently trying to move the Tourge Campaign of Carnage pack onto my flash drive. However every time I try, it says, "Can't perform action."

There are 20gigs free on the flash drive.

I can't find answers anywhere. Everyone says to restart the xbox, or they are trying to transfer their profile.

I am just trying to move the DLC.

This isn't the first time it has happened.

DLC Transfer?

How long ago did this happen, from what I understand they removed the feature of changing regions back in 2011, is this when it happened? Just an FYI as it states in the ToU [which you obviously agreed to ]

6.5. Online Statement and Errors.

Do you play the Beatles rock band

I recently got The Beatles rock band for Christmas, and when I found out the dlcs were removed on 5th of May I decided to try to find anyone who downloaded the dlcs before they were removed. If anyone has could they please help me try to get them. i don't know if the dlcs can be copied and transfered but if they can, that would be greatly appreciated if anyone could copy and transfer them to my xbox 360 acount.

so your flashdrive set to work with your xbox right. itll let you u choose how much u want to use. im not sure on anything else is that is not the problem beside deleting and redownloading on the flashdrive

So i have never done a license transfer on the account that has the DLC I need to transfer to y current account. I go to account setting and then license tansfer but then it pops up with the error "having trouble connecting to xbox live" when I am already
connected. I was wondering really if you could transfer a dlc from a silver account to a gold account? and why its having problems connecting??

No. DLC is not transferable.

and no there is no transfering dlc between accounts lol

you login into the account and console your want to transfer to and goto account settings

tranafer dlc licenses to the said xbox the dlc is usable on the new xbox offline

the purchase and download history stays thr same on the purchasing gamertag

The option to transfer DLC from the 360 version to the One was ended a while ago. Even when it was available, only certain DLC was transferable but not all.
