DLC to different console

Discus and support DLC to different console in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So im trying to log onto my xbox account on my partners xbox and sync my Fallout 4 data over but my DLCs didnt move over, my partner didnt buy the DLCs...     So im trying to log onto my xbox account on my partners xbox and sync my Fallout 4 data over but my DLCs didnt move over, my partner didnt buy the DLCs does anyone know how to get them to transfere over wothout purchasing them again?

    DLC content can be tricky at times. If you are going to use the same gamertag I would go to your download history and redownload the DLC to the other console.

    If "Fallout 4" is installed and the content is owned on your account, do this:

    After you've signed in, go to My Games & Apps -> Games -> Fallout 4 and highlight it. Then press the Menu button on the controller (three horizontal lines) and choose "Manage game". On this page it will show you content owned by this account and whether or
    not it is installed. If it isn't installed, you should be able to install it right then.

    Did you use a different profile to download the dlc to the main console. If you did, then that is why it wont work. All you have to do is log in with the different profile and your profile, and then the dlc will work.

    Not sure, but I am having the same issue. With multiple people. Tried the other day with a friend, and it said we had different DLC, when we didn't. Tried with the same friend last night and it let us, though nothing had changed.
