DLC that had been purchased isn't downloadable.

I downloaded Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 for the Xbox One since it was backwards compatible, but after installing it, most of the DLC I downloaded for the game won't be able to be installed unless I pay for them, even though I already paid for it.

All DLC pulled from Live

I had purchased 1 of the packs long ago... luckily it's in my purchase history and is still downloadable so the other DLC must still be in the system somewhere. They just aren't displaying it for some odd reason. It's my basic growing fear with any downloadable
only digital product that someday it'll just disappear and any money you spent on a digital product you supposedly own will just be down the toilet.

So really rather than make old dlc that nobody downloads anymore free they just pull it from the marketplace?

Help for dlc

Your skins etc should all appear in game.

As far as I know, there isn't a extra downloadable DLC package.

No one can fix this problem I have been trying to fix the same problem for a year and I can't find anyone who can fix this problem. It's typical Microsoft taking our money.

I definitely didn't interupt any download because it had forced me to reinstall the moment I purchased the DLC. It also isn't an issue with the DLC itself as it is a 10MB download and I have not had this issue with similar add-ons.

Narration and RC Unlock is still unable to download.

I must admit that I agree with ardiablo23 in that this experience has definitely made me rethink Xbox Marketplace purchases. This isn't the only game where I've had issues downloading DLC, but it's been the worst by far and the only one where it got so bad
that assistance was needed. Between this and the service constantly going down, I'm seriously considering not renewing my Gold at this point. It's just been super frustrating.

If this is the tag you did purchase it from then you should be able to find it from your download history.

live.xbox.com/.../History

If it isn't there, then the game had to have been downloaded from another account.

I don't have BO2 and just recently purchased the DLC 4 and sure enough I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the first dlc and I had no issues, plenty of people playing despite the fact that BO2 has been released. Clearly the DLC 4 content is messed
up. How do you undo the DLC? Thanks.
