DLC sharing between accounts

On my main account i have all the DLC for game but when I then go onto my seconds account I have some of the DLC but not all of it>

Hi, are you signed into the account that purchased the season pass ? I believe that particular game does now allow sharing of any DLC between accounts.

DLC sharing between profiles

because in the past i have had 2 gold profiles and on one of them i didnt have the maps for cod 4 but was still able to play them in game with the other online profile

Yes, most DLC is shared on the home Xbox. Some DLC may not be shared but its a game by game basis. The type of stuff I have seen not shared in past is loot boxes or in game items that are unlockable one time as opposed to say maps
or new campaigns.

DLC is typically allowed to be shared between accounts no harm in trying on your other account to see if it works

I did this with my friend, I downloaded the Season pass and anything else from Ghosts, I let him recover my account and he just has to sign into my account and he gets all the DLC content for any game I own.

So you CAN use G1 items for G2 player.
