    DLC purchases and Game Pass


    Hi, i read today that if you buy DLC for a base game that you only have access to via Game Pass and then subsequently the base game is either removed or your subscription ends, you need to repurchase the DLC if you buy the base game. Is that correct or
    misinformation?

    Rise of Tomb Raider - Season Pass

    Hi,

    When you go to the store, to look at the season pass does it say "Manage" / "Already Purchased" or wants you to it buy again?.

    We will have to wait to DLC is released to confirm that there is a problem with the season pass, Dying light's season pass is also not listed in the manage game section but I was able to download the DLC for free(also other games I have purchased the season
    pass for).

    Don't worry about it, when DLC is released we will all see.

    DLC doesn't work and I paid for it WTF

    Same problem. I purchased the season pass, game says the dlc is installed, but I can't access any dlc content in game.

    I advise you to purchase the game so you can enjoy dlc, Game Pass games can be purchased individually so they can run smoothly.
    If the DLC wasn't designed to work with the Game Pass version as you suggest, then why would Microsoft allow it to be bought? And, more to the point, offer the Game Pass Discount?

    Telling someone to buy the game to resolve an issue isn't a solution and defeats the entire purpose of Game Pass

    I can't Install the L.A. Noire DLC I purchased with the Rockstar Pass on Xbox 360

    I don't think it works that way. From my understanding the "Pass" just allows you to access the content via the in-game menu. It's considered separate from the induvial DLCs and it even says in the Passes description to not purchase any of the DLC or you will be purchasing it twice.
