    DLC Problems


    So I had downloaded the Awakening DLC for Black Ops 3 a while ago and I had to restart my Xbox for an update. After the update I went to play a map on that DLC but now it is showing I don't have it, could some one please help me on how I can get it back
    without buying it again?

    delete all gears 3 dlc except "player profile " and "campaign saves" then clear system cache,reboot xbox,login with the GT that bought all the dlc,start gears 3,then go to menu passed the "press start menu" then re-download all dlc's from there.help that
    helps because thats how i fixed mine.

    DLC problems

    I purchase all the DLC's for Skyrim but can only access them from one login. How do I file share between my different logins or do I have to pay twice? Logins are on same console.

    Try un-installing and re-installing the dlc again and see if that will hopefully fix the problem.

    But I can't uninstall it if I don't have it... So I need a way to somehow get it back without buying it because it was $15 and I don't really want to buy it again.

    Is it the DLC or the actual game that is missing. If it is just the DLC, I would suggest re-installing the game. Check if the DLC is lsited as already purchased in the store as well. If it is then it should be in your ready to install list.

    It sounds like he bought the DLC under his account, copied it to a flashdrive and gave it to you.

    If that is the case, you will not be able to use those DLC with your gamertag since your account is not the one that purchased it.

    Try this

    1.) Sign into your Xbox LIVE account on www.xbox.com, navigate to your account information, and change the contact email address you have on file so that it is different than your current Microsoft Account/ Windows Live ID (The email you use to sign into
    your profile).

    2.) While still looking over your account information on www.xbox.com, please verify that the address and other information on file (such as your phone number) match the billing information associated with the payment instrument you are trying to add or
    use on your Xbox LIVE account.

    Once the above steps have been completed, you should be able to resume purchases on Xbox LIVE using valid payment instruments within 24 - 48 hours

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. What you have described is considered marketplace theft and could result in the gamertag(s) and console(s) being banned permanently from Live. Please be sure to check the terms of use at http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    The reason that the content does not work for you is because it belongs to your cousin. If you want to use the DLC you'll need to purchase it for yourself.
