Dlc problems post console upgrade

Got a problem with content for Destiny 2, so we (me and my brothers) recently upgraded to the Xbox one X and moved all our content over via hard drive and since then whenever my younger brother and I access destiny 2 it doesn't recognize the curse of Osiris
or warmind dlc's, my older brother (who purchased all of this) is unaffected by this problem. I found that uninstalling and re-installing the Osiris dlc rectifies this issue entirely however I have to do that every time either myself or my younger brother
accesses destiny 2 so I'm hoping to get some advice in finding a permanent solution.

1st dlc achievement explanation

Question about the command post & silverback achievement:

1. How do you upgrade the command posts, are there particular ones, because every time I build a post, I never get an option to upgrade after every round. Can it only be done on the dlc maps?

2. The silverback achievement only requires only upgrades to the silverback, correct?

Press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and check If Works, You can also delete all profiles from your Xbox and see what happened.

 

Hi! Besides the mentioned power cycle/hard reset (see here how to do it properly:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console ), have you made sure to setup your consoles using the 'home console' feature?

 

This is definitely an odd situation. If your brother has set his account as Home on the console then you should be able to share the content. If the suggestions that have been posted earlier do not fix the issue then you can either try deleting then redownloading
the whole game or do a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them all.
