    DLC Paid for from marketplace hasnt arrived


    Im kinda confused. I bought a DLC as a gift for someone yesterday and although its showing on my order history on my xbox I havent received and email confirming nor has the person received the gift or message? Can someone help me out as its never done
    this before when ive sent gifts

    I would implore you to Contact Xbox Customer Support as they would be able to assist you further on this matter.

    This can be done by following these simple steps:

    Log in to Xbox.com

    • Step 1: Scroll down, and select Support at the bottom left-hand side under Xbox.
    • Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on Contact Us
    • Step 3 : Select Billing & accounts then "See other options"
    • Step 4 : Select your Issue – Payment & billing
      • Select - "Show contact options"
      • Select – Request a call from Support

    1. They said sometime late March for a DLC.

    2. It will be the same as all previous DLC available on the marketplace.

    3. Hasnt been stated yet, only thing thats sure is 2 maps plus whatever is released to elite up to the DLC release.
