    DLC packs not working


    I bought the rainbow six: siege deluxe edition on my Xbox one and it came with two dlcs the year 1 and year 2 operator packs, however when I go into the game it says I don't have them. The dlcs are installed and I have restarted the Xbox several times.
    Is this the game developers problem or can I fix this myself?

    I have tried to purchase BL2 DLC all day, The psycho pack is also acting up. But, as a test I bought one of the Skin packs, and it worked perfectly. Seems just these DLC items are not working.

    I'm sorry to hear that didn't work.

    The fact that you can install both the base game and its DLC content tells me it's unlikely this is a licensing issue. Could you try uninstalling all the DLC packs and then trying the game with one DLC pack at a time?

    I deleted the dlc content and then i redownloaded the booster pack from the event calender and it worked
