DLC owned but won't install.

Hello,

So i bought the assassins creed origins gold edition since it was recently on sale. So i played the game not noticing that the main dlcs (The hidden ones and curse of the pharaohs) weren't installed. so I checked why they wont install and i went to manage
game and add ons in the my games apps area and saw they just weren't installed so i tried installing them but they wouldn't install they would just goto the installed page and then after i left that page they'd go back to the ready to install page. i've tried
restarting my console and re installing everything but it still doesn't work. I haven't been able to find any help on this problem and would really appreciate some help.

tried it and it didn't work. and the contact us stuff wouldnt figure it out.

Have you tried removing your profile from the console and then re-adding it?

The new DLC Concealed target doesn't work. Installed the game 3 times, installed the DLC. It states that you own it, but won't run.

That won't work. The only way for the Xbox One to see your Xbox 360 saved files is via the Xbox 360 Cloud Saves.

Any DLC you own for a game will be listed under the "Manage Game" option for the installed game, where you can install any DLC that isn't already installed.

if you own the dlc on console it auto installs it when you install the game, if not then you do not own the dlc on that current account.
