DLC on Harddrive but not showing up in game/on purchase history

Discus and support DLC on Harddrive but not showing up in game/on purchase history in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So here's the deal. I've used all my ME2 DLC in the past before without any problems. However, recently, my boyfriend is playing through the ME series...     DLC on Harddrive but not showing up in game/on purchase history


    So here's the deal. I've used all my ME2 DLC in the past before without any problems. However, recently, my boyfriend is playing through the ME series (on my Xbox) and he's on 2 right now. I have bought literally all the DLC and some of the big ones (Kasumi,
    Shadow Broker and misc ones like appearance pack and firearm packs) are not showing up under the available content. I checked my hard drive and they are all there so I go to my purchase history to re-download them and...they are not there. I don't know what
    to do at this point I've spent 3 hours trying to fix it and I'm ready to pull my hair out.

    Does it show up on your harddrive? Does it show up in your purchase history? What error do you get when you try to download the dlc?

    Titanfall digital download not available

    I looked at the "ready to install" list, pressed both triggers and X, and titanfall is not there. Anymore suggestions? I did go online and look at my purchase history, and titanfall with the dlc is showing up there, but it is not showing up on my xbox
    one list of games.

    Dis your boyfriend using his gamer tag or yours because DLC is usually specific to the gamer tag that made the purchase. If you buy a full game from the games marketplace then it is available to everyone on the console but DLC can be specific to the profile
    that bought it. If he is not using the profile that bought it that is what is most likely causing the issue.

    Download content

    Try going onto your Dashboard and go to your harddrive and delete the incomplete DLC you are referring to. Then go to your download history and download the DLC in question again to your harddrive. This should clear that up I think. Hope it helps.

    To get to your Download History:

    Sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

    Go to settings and select Account.

    In your Xbox 360 settings

    Select Download History.

    Browse your download history. Select the DLC, and then select Download Again.

    I'm having the same issue with Outpost Kaloki X, was purchased around 2010 so purchase history doesnt go back that far. On my 360, I can play the full game and have taken pics from the DLC page showing purchased, and download history. The current store page doesnt even show the DLC as purchased, as if it is a separate game listing....

    Other games purchased back then that ended up BC are showing fine, but this one wants me to purchase again.

    Do make sure a dlc shows up in your purchase history also just to make sure the purchase was confirmed
