Dlc on backwards compatible

So recently I installed Borderlands 2 having purchased the GOTY edition over a year ago. At first everything seemed fine..it even recognized the doc disk and all however when I went to play it searched for the content did not find it and proceeded to take
me to the marketplace to purchase. My system claims the doc file are there the game however doesn't agree...is there a fix to this?

xbox one backwards compatibility question

I'm guessing the secondary disk that installs the DLC add ons would also need to be backwards compatible. Not much has been said about second disk installs for DLC. We do know add on DLC is being worked on so it does work with the backwards compatible titles.

 

Why doesn't the maps transfer from 360 to One?

The DLC content is transferable as long as the game is backwards compatible. Sadly, since ghosts isn't yet backwards compatible the DLC isn't either :/ I agree there should be some sort of exception with DLC

If you have the disc for the Game of the Year Edition still, you will need to have the second disc in while you are playing the game. This should give you full access to the content in game.

If you do indeed have that disc in the console, you will want to fill out the Backward Compatibility survey after trying the

troubleshooting in our sticky to ensure that information is sent off to the back compat team to investigate.
