    If I purchase the COD Ghosts DLC on my 360, can I re-download it on my Xbox One at no additional charge?

    If you purchased the season pass on the 360, then go into the in game store on the One and you should be able to download the season pass for free. I believe this is only offered until March or May 31st. I'm also pretty sure it's for the season pass only,
    not if you purchase the dlc one at a time.

    If the DLC is for the Xbox One version of the game, then no, you can't use that DLC on the Xbox 360 version of the game.

    For example, Assassins Creed IV Black Flag is a Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 game that works on the Xbox One. However, if you buy Xbox One DLC, then this will NOT work on the Xbox 360 version of the game.

    But if you get the Xbox 360 DLC content for a Backwards Compatible game, the DLC will work on the emulated Xbox 360 on Xbox One.

    That is very helpful actually I didn't realise that buying some DLC is not possible though Xbox 360 emulation on the Xbox One. With this is mind, if I were to buy the DLC content on a standalone Xbox 360, would I be able to play the DLC (bought on the
    Xbox 360) through Xbox 360 emulation on the Xbox One?

    just as everyone has stated. Xbox One dlc will not work with Xbox 360 games & same goes for xbox 360 dlc will not work with Xbox One games either.

    Only works from 360 to Xbox One not the other way. If you want the DLC on 360 you have to buy the DLC again.

    Xbox

    DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

    If you have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

    If you do not have a Season Pass:

    DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

    DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.
