DLC not working with multiple accounts on same Xbox One .... fix please!!

This has been briefly touched on in another thread, but I wanted to at least lay out what's happening on my side of things to see if there are other similar situations and if anyone in the MS or Activision tech dept has an answer.

Scenario:

NOTE: All USERS in this scenario have their own GOLD LIVE accounts.

One XBOX ONE console with

Digital version of COD:AW - purchased by USER 1

Seasons pass - purchased by USER 1

Canada personalization kit - purchased by USER 1

Panda personalizaion kit - purchased by USER 2

Singly on their own if either user logs in (and the servers aren't having issues) they will see their DLC without a problem. We have even test that USER 2, even though they have no ties to the Seasons pass, can play the downloaded map that first came with
the Seasons pass. They do not have access to any personalization components that were associated with the Seasons pass. So no Elite Kit that was first given, or added weapons.

When both USER1 and USER2 go to play online, on the same system together, only the person who is 'SIGNED IN' (located at the bottom left of the screen when logged in to mulitplayer games) has the access to their personal DLC, not the other USER. *We tested
this by logging in and out an having a different USER 'Signed In" and were able to see the correct gear.

So, what is the solution to this? One saving grace is that we have 2 XBOX Ones in the house and when the second TV is not being utilized we can play in separate areas with all our own gear without problems. This is not the case when we, and other members
of the live community play same screen COD games. It's also not a good sign for sales either, because who wants to purchase content if they can only use it when playing by them selves, and not being able to 'show off' to their buddies or what have you.

This needs to be fixed.

XBOX LIVE SERVERS DOWN??

So i'm having a problem signing in to my xbox live account on my xbox one. When i try to log in a get a message saying i should try again later or visit their website about the problem but neither of the options work. I have tried to restart my console multiple
times but its not working. I can log in as normal on my phone and my computer but its not working on my xbox and yes i am using the same account/profile... Someone please help, i've seen alot of other people having the same problem as me with the same error
code and all. Xbox you need to fix you're trash servers before i switch to PC or PS4!

 

Purchasing on 360 vs XONE question

Hey folks! I have a 360 and a XONE. When I buy a game (on 360) with account X, it stays working on account Y if I am on the same console with no need to sing in account X or be connected to Xbox Live. I can also request a license transfer if I'm not using
the same console anymore.

On XONE, I fought that it would work the same because all the games that were brought on my primary account are working on my secondary one. However, when I've brought a DLC on the second account, the content didn't work on my first one. It's a history related
content pack, so in theory this shouldn't be happening, but in order to play the DLC on my first account, I need to sing in with the secondary one at the same time and be connected to Live, and that is a real pain in the a!@|#$.

Is this normal? Can a license transfer fix this situation? Actually, does Licences Transfers exist in XONE?

Obs: The DLC is Wistleblower, for Outlast.

 

I have the same issue. I would like to purchase dlc content for another player on this console but it will say already purchased if one player has purchased. It always worked on our xbox 360 consoles. please fix soon

 

As well as I but differently i used to have xbox360 purchased everything than christmas hit, unexpectly got a xbox one special edition and it really cool untill it gets to the part of customizeing your charater online. (xbox 360) - everything i purchased
works but once i turn that off go to xbox one i click on season pass which i previously bought on 360 and than also it already had been inculded with the xbox one (unknown at the time) and when im in the game looking at dlc it spefically says purchase for
$$$ so i click on it and a menu with no choices pops up saying you have already purchased this you can find it in your apps an games collection -- it got me so angry that i spent over 4 hours going through every little setting on the xbox one even in the store
anything that was clickable i investaged it to see if my "content was located there" and 2 weeks now passed looking over an over till now it unlocatable anywhere but yet says i already purchesed and downloaded this content-- exactly where may i FIND MY ***KING

I have the same problem, I purchased an exo-suit dlc under my profile on the xbox one and when my son logs into his profile on the same xbox one it shows that the exo-suit has been purchased but he can not equip it says thats its available in the games and
apps section. Of course looking in games and apps shows nothing, it works fine on my profile but not his. Please help do not want to have to purchase the same DLC again just for his profile!

 

can xbox please respond to this and dont tell us to go to activison its like having a problem with a channel on tv and the cable company tells us to get in touch with the channel,its on ypour end it should be unlocking for all accounts on same box and if
it doesnt why? and why cant we even buy it twice if we wanted to which I dont.

 

I have the same issue. I downloaded Havoc last night, and I can play zombies fine, I have the new weapon, and when my girlfriend logs in to play with me (or on her own, I tried that as well) there's no dlc. It says she owns it, but that it isn't downloaded.

I'm not about to purchase two season passes for $100 just so we can both play, but had I known this wasn't working I wouldn't have bought one for myself, either. I assumed we would both be able to play because she can access my dlc and purchased games in
other scenarios no problem.

Please fix this, this was a feature that is advertised and promised as part of xbox one and xbox live and if it wasn't I wouldn't have purchased this content for the two of us to begin with.
