Dlc not working offline.

Lately i bought several dlc for a couple of different games and i dont have an internet connection.

But I took it to location with internet and downloaded them. They're in my games and apps on the xbox home screen when I manage my games. But when I go to play the game itself, the dlc don't show up. The games in wich I'm having trouble with are 'call of
duty:flack ops 3' and 'fallout 4'. Please some one help me out here. I spent a ton on dlc and I can't even play it. If anyone has the same problem with xbox one let me know.

DLC not working offline

Does that content require you to be connected to XBL in order to use it? If so that may the case. Otherwise since you already did the license transfer and re-downloaded the content afterwards you shouldn't have any issues. Perhaps a call to support
to see if they can suggest anything or tell you what the problem is?

I got a new xbox 360 slim, I did the license transfer service last year and re download my old dlc, ever since i have bought new dlc with my new xbox, i went home for the summer and my parents house does not have internet, I can't play some DLC add ons like
Resident Evil 5, Marvel vs Capcom 3, and others, some rock band songs/but not all, Anyone knows what causes this? The last DLC i bought was Arcade Edition for Super Street Fighter 4 and it works offline, but not others even though i transfered the licenses
already.

Any help?

The DLC may need a patch for you to actually begin playing it just downloading the DLC may not work. Its very likely the only way you can play the DLC maps is by yourself and no other players with you without an actual internet connection"

Another example is you may actually need to be connected to a paying XBL account. Best thing you can try is go where ever you downloaded it and use their internet to see if the maps show up at that point. You may have not been able to complete that download
process.

 

I also looked it up and other games the solution was setting up your Xbox as the home xbox and actually syncing the data first.

Then I read some places in some games the license should be transferred to THAT xbox .

As well as a weird one says you must be 18 to use the DLC ? (which I know I said was weird.)

I did what I suggested in the link above and disconnected my router and went completely offline.

The maps were in my game options. Are you definitely sure you actually downloaded the maps and not have them just in your list ?

Some games you have to MANAGE the game on the console and actually INSTALL the maps after you download them.

 

I am sure that I installed them. Because if I manage my game it will say details or uninstall.
