    So I bought a DLC for world war z to use ingame which i'm not able to because I purchased it through a linked account. Support told me to refund it and re purchase it on my main account. My refund was denied and i'm not able to contact support again for
    some reason. Any ideas?

    Why was my refund request denied？

    I just purchased this DLC and realized I made a wrong purchase, I didn't even play the DLC and went straight for a refund, but the page just says refund denied.

    Having the same issue. Requested refund when I saw Microsofts error in dlc payment. Got denied a refund. Called and talked to support and was told to email refunds department with request to expedite and case number. Got denied. I'm sick of MS being MFers and sticking it to gamers. I buy dozens of titles a year and my number of refunds shouldn't be limited to a X number but as a function of total purchases.

    Please check your account order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and find your pre-order if it says failed, canceled, or refunded. Please note that the system only tries to charge us for pre-orders if it’s 10 days before the release date. So it’s possible that you were not charged at all.
