DLC not unlocking for Other Players

I preordered the Digital Deluxe version and got the first DLC no problem. However, another account on my Xbox One cannot access the content and is being asked to pay for it again.

I've checked everything, content sharing settings, home Xbox settings... I mean they can play the base game itself... why not the DLC? Is there something I'm missing?

(yes, they finished the original story)

Operation Raccoon City DLC achievements

The Resident Evil ORC DLC achievements have not appeared yet on this site which is blocking players from unlocking their achievements correctly. Any ETA on when this can be fixed?

Achievements not popping but say "Done! Unlocking..."

Hello AchievmentMunky, 343 did say they were having problems with Achievements not unlocking for players they are aware of this problem and are looking into a fix. Some of mine started unlocking the other day but some still need to unlock. Also today Xbox
had a problem with Achievements unlocking so if you got any today this also might be why.

Make sure that the additional contents are correctly installed on the profiles with the "Manage game" function. However some games have content

I don't care if people pay for cosmetics. Just make the rest of the stuff unlockable by playing the games. Keep other multiplayer DLC free so you don't split the player base. Charging for single player stuff is okay with me.

Not sure...I haven't gone online with the new DLC yet. In the DLC with the Hennessey Venom (Ultimate Speed Pack), you had to race a certain number of events with Exotics before each of those DLC cars would unlock. I'd imagine it's something similar with
the other packs.

If you go into the pause menu in MP, and look through the menus for "Player statistics" or something like that (don't remember what it's called exactly), there should be a menu called something like Multiplayer Milestones that shows you all the cars you
have unlocked, and for those that aren't unlocked, it should tell you what needs to be done to get them.

I'm enjoying the single player so far.

Plus the game has many other features gamers on the internet love, like:

- Multiplayer (w/ some Achievements)

- Optional Paid DLC (instead of unlocks)

- Super Human abilities (to sense the game world)

- Cleavage

- Cleavers

One other question; if you enable mutators, does it apply to the entire squad (even for players who haven't unlocked them) or just to the players that have them unlocked?
