Dlc not switching with my profile on new Xbox One X

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing issues locating your DLC you already purchased. But don't worry, the following troubleshooting will fix the issue.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.

Update: I have tried using a different router, a different modem and router, tried using a mobile hotspot form an iphone and an android phone. I created a profile on my old Xbox One and then added it to the new Xbox One X., now every profile
on the new console has this same issue, even when no profile is signed in it has this problem. But the other profiles seem ok on my old Xbox One, except for my main profile that I originally added first on the new Xbox One X. This is boggling me....my crazy
theory is that the new Xbox One X has some sort of problem, which somehow corrupted my profile, but only the one profile.

So I tried what you suggested:

1. New profile on series X will load the Sims 4 but without access to any paid dlc

2. Main profile on Xbox one will load Sims 4 with dlc

During this test I went back to test main profile again on series X and it let me back in. However this was with no dlc.

When I installed all dlc again it stopped me loading in and booted back to dashboard at the same place.

I am now going to load in each dlc one at a time to see if I can pin point which one is causing the problem and will reply again.

1) I have the xbox series x

2) I had injustice 2 previously and the dlc on my xbox one for a year then switched to the series x

3) yes I have an external storage device

4) I have only tried reinstalling everything but it didn't work
