DLC not showing up

Hi. My son and i share xbox live gold. He plays on my home console, and i play on his so we can and do share our games and DLC. He wanted a Rocket League DLC pack so i purchased it. He cannot access it on his machine. It shows up on mine, and it shows up on his using my account. The only option he now has on his xbox is to buy it as a gift. He cannot buy it for himself as he technically already has it. Any ideas what we can do to get the DLC show up in his game with his profile...thanks

Please go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to see if anything is waiting to be installed for you. The boost packages should be waiting for you in the postmaster.

I believe I actually bought it, but it wasn't on that profile. You will need to find all other profiles that have already been on your console, in order to find where the purchase was actually made.

I would recommend trying a quick power cycle for his console. Also, I would suggest to remove and re-add his profile.
