DLC not showing up in game

I got the console bundle and immediatly started my install of the game. While it was installing I also qued up my other codes it came with like the golden exo and the advanced arsenal. All the items were installed but when i go into call of duty the golden
exo isnt there nor is any of the other stuff i should have. I have uninstalled all the packs multiple times and reinstalled them but each time it still doesnt show up in game.

I am having this same issue. I tried uninstalling it as well multiple times and searched everywhere online for a solution with no answer anywhere or update on the problem!! Glad I'm not the only person having this issue. If anyone else is having to this
issue, write it here so that microsoft can see that is something that needs attention and they will fix it.

 

This is happening to me too but with the season pass. I bought it and my xbox says that I have it but it doesn't show in game and it tells me to buy it. Also the game store says that gorge is unavailable when I should download it since I have the pass. This
needs to be fixed really soon. I know Microsoft had the whole pre-load situation with AW taken care of but they need to see this too.

 

You won't see the season pass items until they become available for download. But i really hope they fix the atlas limited edition items though. I have seen some people using them in game but noone has told me they had issues downloading them so i don't
know what is going on! Please fix asap.

 

I have no access to ATLAS Gorge and Gorge comes with the season pass.

 

I also bought the Xbox bundle, I have download an installed all the codes that came with the system fir the items,but I also cant see them in my game it says I have them installed.I have uninstalled an reinstalled the 3 codes for the packs but still not
showing in game.I see others in game with the items but I dont have them.the code fir the game worked fine just the other 3 codes for the weapons an exos arnt showing up in my game.hope this gets fixed cause I paid all this money expectin it all to work.

You will need to setup a account with activision and link you're GT, but this should fix the issue it worked for me last night.

 

It fixed the issue of not having the collector's edition and advanced arsenal items in the game?

 

Spectre197's suggestion only gives the advanced arsenal dlc, not the collector's edition dlc. Thanks for that little bit of help though.

 

Talked to someone at Activision today and they said they are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Too many people put in the code at the same time and their servers are having trouble keeping up with the demand. Be parient and everyone will
get it eventually.
