Dlc not installing

No matter how many times I try, the Contraptions Workshop Dlc will refuses to install. It always stops at 0% and says queued, soon saying installing again, only to flash between the two till I decide to give up installing. I don't know what could be wrong,
because all the other dlc works just fine... It was previously installed, but then I uninstalled everything because the game would not launch, with everything else installing but contraptions. Does anyone know what I might could do to help with installing
this dlc? I would appreciate the help, thanks.

Kinsano DLC Not Installing

So I just purchased the Kinsano DLC pack(Not season pass) from the Xbox live store, store claimed it was installed; however it was not. Tried to manually install, however the install wouldn't start. I've clear my xbox cache, unplug route, uninstalled game
and reinstalled; but it still won't install it. Can someone please help me out?

I am having the same issue, except nothing will download, and mine stops at 15%

You have to install the mandatory dlc in the extras section!!!! These a total of 4 dlc(s) to be installed!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on DLC content. When a game is installed some DLC installs automatically, but some does not. You have to manually install some DLC. We recommend checking the game under manage game
and add ons. All DLC should show in ready to install or installed.

Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.

Make sure you have installed the DLC, go to the gamer tile, and then go to settings (on the controller) to manage the game.

Manage the game, and check you have installed the DLC, most times people have not installed the DLC to be able to access it.

This issue just happened to this game, yes I made sure that it was installed and everything else mentioned but the dlc appears installed separate from the game, the dlc is marked as cod Ghosts dlc but it doesn't have the "xbox360" logo on it like another piece of dlc that is installed with the game files, I dunno why.
