"DLC not installed" but I have it installed

Hi Rostom, thank you for your reply. I have tried the above steps but still getting the same DLC not installed error. Yes it only seems to happen to this game and this particular DLC, I can play the other DLCs fine but when I try to go onto this one it gives me that error. When I click go to store I'm given the choice to buy the dlc but when I check my games I can see that particular dlc already downloaded. The weird thing is I managed to get it to work last night but as soon as I've tried today it's giving me the error message again. 😢

Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's see what we can do about this matter.

Does the issue only happen to this particular game?

Let's make sure first that there are no missing contents for your game.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install or select all.
Select Install, to confirm the installation.

Once done, try to re-add your profile to refresh your account.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address that's linked to your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

I appreciate your effort, Aaron. Let's confirm if those DLCs were purchased under your account. You can check your order history from https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If they're not there, it's possible that they were purchased using a different account.

Alternatively, you could also perform a factory reset on your console to refresh the system and remove potentially corrupted data.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

It became available to install on June 19, but it won't be released to play until July 19.

I am having an issue aswell I have the game update + dlc installed and I still can’t launch the hot wheels expedition to start the dlc it’s asking me to install a already installed dlc pack while saying I don’t have it installed.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on DLC content. When a game is installed some DLC installs automatically, but some does not. You have to manually install some DLC. We recommend checking the game under manage game
and add ons. All DLC should show in ready to install or installed.
