Dlc not appearing

I got refunded for it so i tried to buy it again and it still isnt downloading

With issues like the these, we recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as Removing your account, Power cycling or console and if the issue persists, try preforming a Soft reset to your console (Reset and keep my games & apps).It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Got it. If it's not showing up in your Ready to Install and the store is asking you to purchase the content again, is it possible your friend purchased the content on his account instead? Not having it show up to download on your account is generally an
indication that your account does not own the content.

Double check your purchase history and with your friend.

I attempted the power cycle which regretfully solved nothing other then my console running a little smoother. Is there anything else I can do to solve this issue?

Please view Find your games and add-ons for additional troubleshooting steps that you may take.

Specifically, "Add-ons and downloadable game content" and "Troubleshooting add-ons". If the suggested fixes do not resolve the error, please respond back to this thread so we can take a closer look.
