DLC not appearing on my country's store

Hello! I recently bought Just Dance 2014 on my Xbox One and when looking to buy the DLC "Timber" this does not appear in my store, however, it does in other countries, and even in the Xbox 360 store. As I understand the song is not exclusive, proof of this
is that it is available for the Xbox 360 in my country. I have contacted Ubisoft support and they told me that they don't have access to the Xbox store.

Lost my warthog FH 3 DLC

Was told by an assistant to post here. I downloaded my warthog DLC, but today it's not appearing in the game, I checked my XONE HDD and can't find the DLC anywhere or re-download it form the store. Please help.

 

Bought an add-on through the online store, but isn't on Xbox One

So i recently bought the Contraptions Workshop dlc for Fallout 4, the problem is, its not appearing in the queue. I bought the dlc through the Xbox store on the web, it says i purchased it, but it is not downloading. My Xbox One was off at the time, but
i have had other games download as soon as i turn it on. I purchased through Canada(english), i have a valid internet connection, and Xbox live (not sure if that matters). Also, i cannot see the dlc in the Xbox store on the Xbox, is this why?
