DLC not appearing on console

I play R6 Siege a lot and recently downloaded my profile to my friends xbox so I can play it over his house. For my birthday he surprised me by buying the year 2 seasons pass on my account but on his console. How can I download this DLC on my console? Your
help is appreciated.

DLC not appearing on new console after downloading

no I used the license transfer tool on xbox.com. I've used it before to transfer all my licenses in the past and had no issues. I'm rather confused why this time it's only allowing me to use my content on the one profile. A good example is the online code
for Homefront. It now only lets me have online access to one profile instead of all of them on the same xbox. I had re-downloaded it onto the new console after I used the license transfer tool. On the old console all my profiles could play homefront online
so I had expected it would be the same as before.

DLC not appearing on new console after downloading

When you say you used the license transfer tool are you sure you're not referring to the data transfer cable? A license transfer should fix it so all profiles can access the content.

Hey Poetic!

What a great birthday present from your friend, that's awesome! Provided the content was purchased on your Xbox Live account, you should be able to navigate to your Rainbow Six Siege tile on your Xbox One. Press the menu button and check your "Ready to Install"
list and you should see your DLC pass and any other content there.

Let us know if you can't find it or if it's not working and we'll look into things a bit more then!

Got it. If it's not showing up in your Ready to Install and the store is asking you to purchase the content again, is it possible your friend purchased the content on his account instead? Not having it show up to download on your account is generally an
indication that your account does not own the content.

Double check your purchase history and with your friend.

I can't access the DLC with an alternate tag, but yes, all the DLC was originally downloaded to this console. The tag that i downloaded it with is still on this console. Again, the DLC appears on my alternate accnt, but i can't upload it. It's downloaded,
but not accessible. The DLC is also not redownloadable on marketplace with an alternate accnt, even though it is already downloaded on the console. Help?
