DLC not appearing in ready to install, despite purchase on my account being complete

XBF Diego M provided may not be entirely accurate, however, that does not change the fact that the content was taken down from the Microsoft Store, which implies that you would be unable to further have access to this content, as stated above.

At this point, the only other thing we can do is refer you to the developer, 2K. Microsoft merely provides a platform for developers to distribute their content, and it is ultimately up to them to provide content. patches and such.

i bought them on Xbox One when they were still available. since i bought them when it was on the marketplace and says complete on my purchase history. i should still be able to download them since i own them?

Did you buy the season passes for Xbox 360 or Xbox One? All digital content for WWE 2K16 and 2K17 has been removed from the Microsoft Store becuase the developers no longer support those games or the DLC for those games since they only support 2K18
and 2K19 at this time.

If the DLC is no longer in the store then the game developers did not renew the license and pulled the game from their servers so you won't be able to re-install them if they were purchased digitally.

I recommend getting in contact with
2K customer support for more information about their DLC.

They were removed digitally for Xbox One a over a year ago if I'm not mistaken. Those games are still available digitally for the Xbox 360 and if you purchased them from the Xbox Marketplace, then you will need an Xbox 360
console to download these games and the DLC because the games are not backwards compatible, so you wont be able to download DLC for 2K16 or 2K17 on the Xbox One because all of that content was removed from the Microsoft Store for the Xbox One versions.
