Dlc missing from destiny the collection

i bought destiny the collection new almost 2 years ago and it was working fine up until now. I was playing the game and all of a sudden my dlc just disappeared and I tried everything I could find on how to fix this but nothing worked. I tried to reinstall
all of the dlc but they are just gone. Is there any way to fix this or am I just screwed?

Rise of Iron DLC Issue

Purchased destiny collection with dlc 1 and 2 then got the taken king dlc. link still says unavailable and any other search comes up rise of iron part of a bundle for the collection. if i have the collection isnt this part of the bundle but still cant access
it.

 

What do i need to buy for it come off trial...

If you would like to play Destiny on the Xbox One you'll need to purchase the game, otherwise you'll be stuck with the trial. I would recommend getting Destiny: The Collection. It will come with all DLC to date so you can play everything to your hearts

Go to "My games and apps", press the start button on Destiny and select manage game. Go down to "ready to install" and see if the dlc are there.

If not, search "Destiny the Collection" in the store, scroll down to where it shows dlc and add ons and see if you can install them from there.

This page contains tax relevant billing information for your purchases, and has to be stored for 10 years usually.

So unless Microsoft wants to be picked apart by federal tax agents, no purchase goes missing on that page.

I contacted the support and they told me to do the same thing bacon did in the first message and when I told them I already tried that they stoped responding and closed the support chat
