DLC items purchased in minecraft WILL NOT DOWNLOAD

I have several purchased DLC items in minecraft that are not

downloading. If you go into the list they all say "download" then it

takes you to that items page in the store and it just says "downloading"

with an empty bar and it never makes and progress. This has been going

on for a while and it's ridiculous that all this content I have paid for

I do not have access to because it mysteriously won't download.

It works for any dlc you have purchased, avatar items, gamer pics, addons... etc.

Xbox home account problems

DLC that contains in game items is only available to the gamertag that originally purchased it.

have u tried uninstalling the game and dling items through xbox store the reinstalling game. Or uninstalling them opening game to reinstall?

Were all these items and DLCs purchased to the mobile version of Minecraft? Do you still have any of these items or DLC there?

I ask because Minecraft is platform specific. Almost all purchases for Minecraft for mobile can only be accessed on the mobile. You cannot access them through the console or computer.

Thank you so much for the update and let me answer them.

1. This will depend on the game developer but as I have checked, it is sharable but there is no official article. All I found is this from Mojang: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/44...

2. Don't worry if the base game is being shared with an account, the DLCs will work as long as you have access to the base game.

3. If a DLC isn't sharable, yes, you may need to purchase the DLC in each account.

4. In checking if a DLC or an item can be shared you may need to reach out or check the game support. As I have checked both

Minecraft Dungeons: Luminous Night Adventure Pass and

Minecraft Dungeons: Cloudy Climb Adventure Pass are account-specific items. According to Xbox/Microsoft Support:

"Account-specific items can't always be shared. Some examples are:

Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ Packs purchased with in-game currencies

In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins

Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once"

Any purchased item is linked to the account. This includes games, DLC's and avatar items that you purchased.

Avatar items that were earned via gameplay may not be retrievable.

One of the reasons the DLC probably doesn't work is because DLC that provides specific in-game items (shaders, items, etc) cannot be shared. That DLC must be purchased by each person wanting to use it. DLC such as Map Packs can be shared with multiple
tags on the same console.

Mistress Sara's suggestion to purchase the content on the website though is accurate.
