DLC Issues with Killer Instinct Definitive Edition for WIN10 PRO 64BIT

for starters, I am not able to select any of the 26 characters for this game.. it's still on the Demo Mode.. when i access the definitive ver I don't see the 2 classic game mode that should of came with the game.. when I access the game it only allows me
to play just the killer instinct game... I can play all of the video and audio content.. and I can play the game on and offline.. the issue it the characters and the ability all of the modes available.. basiclly I see one character and that changes on a daily
basis and i'm not to play any other stages.. its asking to purchase an add on that i've already did. in the store it saids that i own it and that it is install however it's not working. i've uninstalled and reinstalled all killer instinct games. I've even
logged out of my xbox acct and logged back in and nothing.. I DO NOT HAVE all of the 26 character.. it doesn't play 60 fps.. I don't see Shadow Jago, Rash From Battletoads Arbiter from Halo and RAAM from Gears of War.. basiclly the game is in Free Demo Mode
even though Definitive Edition was purchase. it's been more than 3 days and no resolution... this needs to be addressed

Unable to get dlc applied to killer instinct base game

I bought killer instinct definitive edition after having had killer instinct base game installed on my pc. After restarting the game the dlc does not appear to have been applied to the game. I was able to download the killer instinct definitive app but am
unable to access the retail characters in the game. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times but with no luck. If anyone has a solution to this please let me know i would gladdly appreciate it.

It appears that a new update has recently come out for the PC version of Killer Instinct Definitive Edition. Can you check to see if there is an update for the game that fixes your problem? If not, try to completely uninstall the game and reinstall it.
