DLC issue still not solved

Hello, I made a post a couple weeks ago regarding my DLC for gears of war 3 not showing up for me to download (I bought all the DLC while i had the xbox 360)

I was told to make another post if it still hasn't shown up.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved, although
they have provided us with occasional fixed deposit cycles. Again, since we cannot manipulate user's billing information or access their commerce accounts, we must rely on this other team to provide a resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Still not solved

Now I posted a few days go the issue I have had for several years. It still is not solved. I know that my rewards can be given to me despite the error my account is giving. The credit has been placed into my account before. I would like my credit please.
I am tired of the runaround. Please deposit my credit.

 

also if do you guys know when the next round of games are coming for backwards compatibility? just curious

 

On Xbox.com, from the Xbox 360 Marketplace Page, select the option to download the DLC.

It should download automatically the next time you log onto your console. Let me know if that solves your problem. I had a similar issue recently.

Just to make sure you are going to manage game to find your dlc's? if not here's how to do it, move to the game, press the menu button and select manage game, the game plus any dlc that you own should show in the ready to install section.
