Dlc installed but no accessable

Discus and support Dlc installed but no accessable in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We have an Xbox one and last year we installed the dlc for hot wheels to Forza Horizon 3.     Dlc installed but no accessable


    We have an Xbox one and last year we installed the dlc for hot wheels to Forza Horizon 3. But now we enter the game and it's asking us to pay for it again. It shows on the installed games page that the game and the dlc are both installed but during the
    gane it is asking us to repay for it?? It is possible that the account may have changed as we set up an account for my son last year and it temporarily wiped mine. Buy we can't play it on either. Any ideas? Many thanks

    Hello Anaclara,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue accessing the DLC for Borderlands 2. We recommend to try installing the game to hard drive and then the DLC. Sometimes if you are just playing from disk and the DLC is installed, there are issues
    accessing it.

    Make sure you have installed the DLC, go to the gamer tile, and then go to settings (on the controller) to manage the game.

    Manage the game, and check you have installed the DLC, most times people have not installed the DLC to be able to access it.

    Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

    It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

    It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.

    Have you actually tried accessing the DLC areas in game with the fast travel station?

    For some reason I am able to access all the DLC areas even though I don't have any of the DLC installed. It still shows as ready to install for me

    It appears that the DLC is already built into the main game for me meaning I don't have to download any of the DLC.

    Can disc installs run without the disc if you have a DLC code?

    The DLC code the op is referring to, he states, he wants to install a friends disc and use a DLC code to access the game.
