    Hello,

    yesterday I bought Ultimate Evil Diablo collection, but I am still not able to play Necromancer. In the game, it says that I have to buy it to play it, however in Xbox store it says that I already own this product.

    When I check the installed addons for the game, it does show as “ready to install”, and when I do, it downloads extremely quickly (less than a second), however it still remains in “ready to install” folder - so I can see 2x the same Necromancer pack
    DLC - both in “ready to install” and “installed” folders. In addition, after I install it the remaining memory of Xbox remains the same as before installation, which indicates something is wrong. I even get the Xbox notification that my DLC is installed and
    ready to play.

    However, when I run the game the Necromancer class is still grayed out and I can’t play it.

    When I shut down the game again after this and go to game’s addons, it disappears from installed and it’s again only in ready to install folder.

    I tried uninstall the game and install it again. I tried to reset my Xbox to default settings and nothing helped. I never previously owned D3 on console. Thanks a lot for any ideas!

    You can find them in all Necromancer caves and you can make them in the DLC Dawnguard.

    Hmm ok, how about uninstalling the dlc then going to the store on the xbox and installing the dlc from there?

    If you search for the game you will see all the dlc listed, I have the game but no dlc so I can’t try this myself.

    Game and DLC are installed on the same drive. Which is the internal HDD

    My profile can open the DLC.

    Other profile can’t.

    Did a clean reboot. But to no solution.

    Try clearing cache and install to hdd. There might be a bug with this dlc.
