DLC Gamepass do not install they cause a error message

Hi

I bought some DLC (see below). I always get an error message when i want to install them. Already tried several quick fixes but nothing helped (e.g. relog, cache deletion, start game as admin). What else could be the issue?

Some users in this thread had the same issue and they were able to find a more technical solution (I recommend reading the thread as it's a lot to type in this chat) and if this solution doesn't solve your problem, please report this problem using this Xbox Article for steps if you need them.

Just to clarify, what happens when you try to access your DLC? Do you get an error message or anything like that? If you 'Manage' the game, do you see the DLC as installed on your console?

I have not bought the DLC it says they are included with gamepass.

On the xbox app it says it is included with gamepass. And when i click on the DLC i cant install it only buy it.

in the December rebates was very cheap the edition that today is in gamepass even the edition with all the dlc was very cheap, unfortunately do not encourage me to buy it, so it was a great surprise to see it on gamepass already installing it to see that

Hi! Do you receive any error code or message? Make sure the season pass and DLCs are installed by going to your 'Games & apps', highlighting Call of Duty by pressing the start-/menu-button on your controller and then selecting 'Manage'. From there you
can check which DLCs are installed as well as those that are ready to install.
