Dlc for Xbox one not showing up

    Dlc for Xbox one not showing up


    I remember buying the Dlc's for Bo2 on Xbox 360 when they first arrived or some time after, now a couple years later on my Xbox one it doesn't show up to download back on my game, I know I had the dlc because in custome match I had a class with the peacekeeper
    on it, so I'd like to know if there is anything you all can do to restore at least my weapon back on my game, Thanks

    Undead Nightmare Collection gone on Xbox One(BC)

    In cant reinstall my undead nightmare collection on my xbox one. Its. not showing up anymore. I cant use my dlc on 360 but not on xbox one. xbox fix this I dont want to buy the dlc over again when I already own the dlc.

    Go into the store and click on the dlc it should show purchase it through the 360 menu click ok. Basically the 360 account registers you own it but if you download through Xbox one it doesn't know it's already downloaded which is why it don't show up on
    the menus. I did this with one dlc then the rest showed up on they're own it should do the same for you.

    Please go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to see if anything is waiting to be installed for you. The boost packages should be waiting for you in the postmaster.
