Dlc for tekken 7 will not install

So I'm feeling like I got robbed here. I bought Julia chang and Leroy Smith for tekken 7 and they will not install. I I go to the store page to download it, and it just says "error" nothing else. I have restarted my console, and I have gone to the manage
game and add ons menu, and it still will not download. Pressing install all does nothing .going to each add on and trying to download them manually, also does nothing. I would like some help with this or would like my money back. I appreciate any support I
can get.

Be sure to check out Xbox Support on Twitter for more frequent updates over the issue. This has been going on since roughly Friday and will most likely persist for most users over the rest of the weekend. They reported that some users are having luck with
purchase and content usage as of a few hours ago however, the service is still down over all. Be sure to @ them on Twitter to let them know if you're still having trouble and to hopefully get at the faster.

currently Xbox live is having content and purchase issues which is why downloading purchased content can be an issue.

Hey there OneKhusal!

If you visit Games & Apps, and press the menu button on Tekken 7 and select "Manage" do you see available DLC to download? Let us know what you see

I also have a similar problem, I go to manage games but I don't see any other DLC except the metallic pack for Tekken 7. Also I haven't received the Tekken 6 DLC code as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
