DLC for Battlefront

Hello,

I recently picked up a copy of the game Battlefront and I am having some trouble getting the Battle of Jakku to install. In fact I can not locate it where to download. I looked up on how to download it but my screen does not give me the option. Ive searched
on the store but can not find any where to download that add on. Can I get some help or a link to where I can download it and install on my Xbox one.

Star wars battlefront season pass

I'm unaware of a disc version of the season pass, but the total download requirement for all of the content in the season pass DLC is about 50
megabytes (not gigabytes). Each piece of DLC is only about 10 megabytes each, plus another 9.5 megabytes for the season pass itself. I just checked the storage listed for the game on my console to be sure (a little over 41 gig for the base game plus
all DLC), but you can double-check the approximate download size listed under the "additional info" sections of each of the DLC packages and add them together in order to verify.

Original xbox game's DLC and bundles

Since games like KotOR and Battlefront 1 and 2 have become back compat on xbox one, i think their respective DLCs should be re-released as well. As KotOR 1 had a yavin DLC while DLC for the Battlefront games contained new maps and new heroes. I think that
the DLC should be bundled with the games (digital) and should be free to download independently since many of us have our original discs.

I've researched the add on and it seems that there was a patch back in February which put that dlc directly into the game for all to enjoy. As such there is no longer any dlc needed to download

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to provide some assistance. There are a few ways to search and download DLC.

You can sign into your sons account, then search for Battlefront DLC on
Xbox.com.
You can use the Store section on your Xbox one. Use the search bar to search for "Battlefront". Available DLC will show up along with the base game.
You can purchase the DLC straight from the game. Most Games have an in-game store you can access from the games main menu.

Here are the steps for locating it on the Console itself.

Return to the Home screen, scroll right to Store, and then select
Search.
Enter the game title, and then select Search.
Select the game from the list of search results.
If add-ons are available for the game, they will appear below the game on the game description page within the store

Does this also keep dlc? I had all the DLC for Battlefront 1 and Sonic forces, so does it keep downloaded content in regards to the save files?

there wasn’t any DLC listed unfortunately. I do know that the original DLC included maps from the original Star Wars Battlefront game as well as 2 new heros. Maybe the DLC will be released at a later date.

After purchasing DLC once it installs you'll get unlocked content in the game in the multiplayer menu, including new Hutt Contracts to unlock weapons and the Sonic Imploder Star Card, as well as access to the new Heroes Jyn and Krennic in all modes which
support Heroes, including offline. Unfortunately at this stage there is no way to play the new game mode or maps offline, so you'll need Xbox Live Gold to get the most out of the DLC
