Hello, I bought the game on pre-sales, bought the cheaper version that came with three packages: 5 Tokens Draft di FUT, Player for Loan 8 matches in FUT, Special Edition FUT Uniforms.

But none of them was installed in the game, because when access did not win anything.

Already I uninstalled and installed again to see if it worked and nothing.

 

Gotcha, thanks for the extra info Haltt. According to EA, if you purchased the
game digitally, your bonus content is added to your account automatically. Here is their guide on how the loan packs and the additional content works.
If you continue to be unable to access the in-game content, you'll need to reach out to EA Support for further assistance.
