DLC downloaded, not loading

Yesterday, I converted my 520 microsoft points to my local currency so I was able to buy Point Lookout for Fallout 3. It completed the download and I proceeded to play Fallout 3 to wait for it to load. It seemed about 30 minutes passed and no notification
came up about the DLC. I went to the main menu and the only DLC on the list was Broken Steel (which I bought about 2 years ago). I thought redownloading it would fix it, because it said new content has been loaded, the game needs to restart (which it didn't).
I did some research and it said that the Duchess Gambit ferry should be far south near the Arlington Library and Jefferson Memorial. It wasn't anywhere to be seen so I tried redownloading it a few times but it didn't work. So I'm wondering what I have to
do to get it to work.

skyrim

had to replace hardrive then downloaded dlc for skyrim now it freezes at start screen when it says its loading dlc

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, No Dlc Content is available in my game.

When the dlc pack 4 was released I downloaded it and was hyped to hell. But since that has happened now I'm without any dlc pqs, characters, even the free Masters and not loading. Please I want this fixed.

ok try this:

go to this website:
live.xbox.com/.../History

then look for the DLC you are wanting and hit send to que

then turn on your xbox and wait for the dlc to download

when it is done then try to play the game with the DLC

fill us in if it does or does not work!

It didn't work. If it's downloaded won't it appear on the main menus under Downloadable content? I only see Broken Steel.

bought KoA: Reckoning, and all dlc, downloaded the game and the dlc, and every time i try and load into the game to play my ENTIRE system crashes at the loading screen, deleted everything and cleared cache restarted system and downloaded the game and all
dlc AGAIN ( a well rounded 4 hours of my life wasted at least). With the same issue happening i go to load the game, blam it freezes at the loading screen. Fix or a refund, whichever is easier, cause i wasted half my day trying to get this working and it isnt.

You have looked at the cut and paste above right? My next step would be to re-download DLC. Do you get the loading screen before game starts " loading DLC"? Thats not word for word, but you hit start says something like checking for DLC etc
