DLC doesn’t work

    DLC doesn’t work


    Last night I purchased way of the hunter 8/19/2022. Started playing it today but it was extremely laggy. Turn down game settings but still so laggy it was booting me back to the home screen. Trade to clear my cache and deleted some games, and apps off of the Xbox series S to see if that will help. Still does the exact same thing, and boots me back to the home screen. Contacted them for a refund and was denied because I played the game. How else was I supposed to know the game wasn’t gonna work unless I played it. Does anybody have any pointers on how I can get my refund back for this DLC that doesn’t work

    I’ll try the form again. Tried to call but the guy I spoke with was really rude. Told him what was going on, and I needed to talk to someone in refunds. He told me that the department was overwhelmed with refund calls that they couldn’t take mine. I may have to do the bank thing, may be the only way to get my money back. Pretty sad how these guys can keep my money, and I get a **** game that doesn’t work. How’s that a fair deal? So stupid..

    I found this strange due to I submitted a refund request yesterday and I receive the reply in my email address today
