DLC Disappearing

Ok I am curious as to if anyone else has had the issue where they uninstalled a DLC pack from a game they owned and when they went back to reinstall it later on, the DLC pack did not show up in download history? I recently uninstalled my Traitors keep DLC
pack from Fable III so I could play online with a friend since he did not have the pack himself and now I went to reinstall it and it no longer shows at all that I ever purchased it. So now I am locked out of my characters on the game that used that DLC because
it is missing and am not about to pay for it again.

Speaking about the ending/possible DLC....does anyone think that the Far Rim and Perseus Veil disappearing from the galaxy map after the Thessia mission might have DLC implications. Dark energy in Dholen?

DLC License Disappearing

I preordered Destiny: The Taken King way back in September of last year. When I finally released in October, it did not say I owned it. I contracted support and the solution then was to have me buy it again and after that, issue me a refund. This worked
for about six months, until today. Then, I had the same thing happen out of nowhere. Again, support had me buy it again and then refund it. This fixed it for a few hours. Now, any time I contact support, they see the refund today and immediately assume that's
why I have the issue and I just can't get through to them that I have paid 3 times and only been refunded twice. Worse than that, this past time they offered to just refund the original, which I found acceptable. However, this is not showing up in my Microsoft
billing history nor in my PayPal like the refund from this morning, and the transcript was not emailed to me despite clicking the email chat log button. The last bit makes me think they are lying to me.

Has anyone had an issue like this with licensing issues or experience with support not doing something they said they were? Right now, I've paid over $40 for something that I cannot access.

 

Check commerce.microsoft.com to see if the original purchase is there. If it is not then the DLC must have been purchased on a separate account. You'll need to use that account to redownload the item.
