    Hi, I keep getting the error when trying to move things between internal and external drive. I get the error for both my external HDD as well as an SSD.

    I tried different USB cables and USB ports on the Xbox, different games / DLC.

    The items I try to move do not show up under "My Games and Apps" or in the "settings - storage - uninstall things".

    Also, I already reset my Xbox One, didn't help.

    At first I suspected a faulty external hard drive as recently,newly installed DLC started disappearing right after Installation from my Games and Apps on their own on several different external hard drives and an external SSD (which I tested and found without
    error).

    This all happens on my One X. I also have a One S, several external drives but no issues there.

    Another system update but no fix. Will put the Xboxes away as no fix is in sight and I get no Info from MS.

    Got the One X back from Microsoft, letter says thorough hardware tests were made.

    Still doesn't work.

    Should say I only noticed after sending in the One X to Microsoft Support.

    Is handle as Hardware, Harddisk error. Nothing I can do about that now. I wonder if the error is known and will get fixed? I may never know. Now not able to play.
