DLC did not carry over

Discus and support DLC did not carry over in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; today black ops 2 became backwards compatable for the Xbox one however all the DLC I had did not carry over from my 360 to my Xbox one with the same...     DLC did not carry over


    today black ops 2 became backwards compatable for the Xbox one however all the DLC I had did not carry over from my 360 to my Xbox one with the same linked account and as a slap on the face the calling card I used online "cyborg" is still displayed yet it
    says I don't have it in the section can anyone help me out with this?

    Do DLC’s carry over to pc?

    The game and DLC is Xbox Play Anywhere, so it should work on your PC. Make sure you have downloaded the game and dlc from the Microsoft Store or Xbox app on PC with the same account that is being used on the Xbox.
