    DLC corrupted or unsupported help PLS!


    So about a year ago I got a new xbox360 and did the whole data transfer and licence transfer thing. Ever since then a DLC in Left 4 Dead 2 got corrupted or unsupported. Its the Left 4 Dead 2: The Sacrifice DLC. Now I checked in my download history for exactly
    that and I also looked for just "The Sacrifice" and still I found nothing. The kicker is that I did indeed buy that DLC because I've got the achievements linked to that DLC and its also in my hard drives memory. I cant re-download it I got to re-buy it off
    the game marketplace. I have friends that also remember playing the DLC with me.

    What should I do? Is it something I can fix by myself or is it something I need to take up with Microsoft?

    I've been in the Left 4 Dead 2 mood lately and it would be nice to be able to play the campaigns you purchased. Right?

    so i downloaded dlc on my other account and on my new one it stopped working it says its unsupported or corrupted and each time i try to download it , it says i can't download it again can anyone help?

    i am having this problem i bought 2 games wc 2010 and black ops both were working properly until i joined xbox live now i cannot play black ops as it gives an error Unsupported disc wts the problem now cuz WC 2010 is working properly then y nt Balck Ops

    Double check your account at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     to see if the item was actually purchased on your account (the site stores all purchases made since the account was created).

    If it is not there then there is a possibility that the content was purchased on a different account.

    if it's a minecraft world there are only two places for this world to be saved, loca, ie on xbox or pc, and in the cloud, if the corrupted world is already in the cloud there's no way to recover it.
