Dlc corrupted and purchase history erased

I am having a rather unique problem. I recently purchased a newer Xbox 360 and transferred all the data from the older console to the newer one, transferred the licences and for a while everything worked fine, until a couple of weeks ago. I put in my copy
of mass effect 2 and more than half of the dlcs were corrupted and needed to be re-downloaded, however my purchase history only goes back to about june of 2011 and some of my downloads go back to 2008. Upon doing some checking about 13 games have some or
all of their dlc content corrupted and no record of purchase of said dlc content. I have contacted xbox live support, they sent off my claim to what they called an advance support team but after three weeks have yet to hear from them. I have tried everything
and I have given up on help from microsoft, has any one had this problem and if so how do I go about fixing this short of buying everything again

The ability to switch to ms points by pressing x is only done on the console

It is a menu option on the xbox.com

Your purchase history and download history can never be erased if you ever bought it you would have it in your purchase history or download history so unless you aeent using rhe same account

Your purchase history is a permante record of your transactions and can never be erased

 

Connection & storage

Your purchase history can't be erased because is recorded in your profile account. If you need to change the HDD do it and redowload again the games you purchased from your download history.

 

Have you tried going here:
support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content then look for the link to purchase history. Mine went back to 09 with the first purchase I ever made.

 

second thing I tried, like I said my purchase history stops after 2011 anything purchased before that there is no record of me purchasing it. For example, I have all the dlcs for mass effect 2 the last one I purchased was arrival three years ago, this is
the only one working none of the other dlcs will work

 

Is it possible that you used a different account to download the DLCs?

 

no same account Ive had since I got xbox live

 

A purchase history isn't just erased. You must've used another account unknowingly to purchase said content.

 

Have you checked your download history via your console? Dashboard>settings>account>download history Everything you have ever downloaded that hasn't been delisted should be there.

 

Wow nobody can read, all the suggestions are things I have already tried in the first post. This problem has been solved, someone on our console changed there email and didnt tell me when I switched everything over, thats where all the missing downloads
went

 

Wow, just curious, how did changing emails affect your downloads? How did it happen?
