DLC content unavailable

Hello,

DLC content unavailable constantly in mortal kombat x. Acquire the Kombat Pack, however at certain times, there are characters that are unavailable, as well as some skins. And this is not happening only to me, other people are also having the same problem.

Such images are at different times.

Forza Horizon Season Pass content on Xbox One

My issue is...once I get to the in game marketplace. It always tells me Xbox live content is unavailable. I can't get the rally dlc either.

wanting to play the dlc gives me this error already veses DOWNLOAD 4 and the same ; a downloadable content package was loaded because ist was missing or damaged some content may be unavailable until downloaded again from the xbox live

Hey hyddro84,

you are right - you are not the only one with this issue. In fact it's happening across all platforms. Its widely regarded as a game/code issue and something the developers are apparently aware of but have not yet fixed.

All I can suggest is that you keep an eye on their forums to see if they post any updates.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

We need to make sure that the DLC is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the transaction for the DLC, it should be stated as “completed”.

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

Once a gamertag is banned, all content including DLC, gold time, MS points, etc. are forfeit. As you seem to already know, the console license remains intact and you will be able to use any downloaded DLC on another profile as long as it is the original
purchasing console. Once that console is replaced for any reason, the DLC will be completely unavailable until it is purchased again.

the content unavailable code you listed is one i frequently get. it happens when your internet connection 'goes down' 800700e8. for fixing the code just unplug your router an modem an wait 30 sec then replug. not sure if that will affect the dlc content
downloading improperly but cant hurt to try if you havent.
