DLC content not showing up under "Installed" when trying to download it for Xbox One X

Hi I recently returned a faulty Xbox One X & now I have the new one all set up, I tried playing WWE2K19 however a message come up saying it's missing content. When I looked under the game I was missing the Pre-Order Bonus & Deluxe Edition Bonus packs. They
are also aren't in "Ready to Install" either. I went onto the marketplace & their isn't an option to download from the edition it takes me to & when I went into the Deluxe Edition where I could find it, it says that the content is already install which when
going back into the game I can find a clearly distinct lack of the content.

I've done the LB+RB & X to see if it's hidden, not their. I've done a soft reset (holding the power button for 10 seconds) still not showing up. I've also unplugged the console, still not showing up & I've even unplugged the external Hard drive (which I
have everything downloaded to), plugged it back in & funny enough it's still not their. To be clear when going onto the Xbox website & reviewing download history it does list the 2 DLC packs...

I don't understand what is wrong. Is it completely hidden in the Xbox software because it hasn't been opening released to the public like former pre-order bonus's for WWE2K games?

Odd that the content isn't showing up. Under 'Manage' for Forza Horizon 3, is all of the content installed? If not, make sure to download the remaining content and give the game another try.

Defense grid DLC problem

I recently installed the original defense grid onto my xbox one, including all the DLC for it. It shows that the game and all of the DLC are downloaded and installed, but only the first map pack shows up in the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
all of the content and it is still not showing up in my game.

Highlight the game and press the menu button and then go to manage game. The Automatron DLC should show as ready to install. Choose that option and download the 1.1 GB DLC. Download content doesn't show under Ready to Install, only full games are available
there.

Hi, are you on the Xbox one or 360?

First thing to check is if the content is downloaded to your console. If you're on the 360 you can check your download history and try to reinstall it from there. On the Xbox one, you can check in your games list under Halo Reach->Manage game and if it's
not downloaded, the Legendary Edition content should show up in Ready to Install. If it's there, just redownload it and launch Halo once the download is complete and it should show up.

Hey there OrIGInalPyRO.

You would only be able to download the content while signed in with the account that originally purchased the DLC. Although both users have access to the content on the Xbox 360, the license is only owned by the user who originally purchased the content.
Be sure you're signed in with that original purchasing account on the Xbox One and download the DLC from the Ready To install List.

FiftyFour Bravo, if you're signed in with the account that originally made the purchase be sure to try a quick Power cycle on the console to see if the content shows up under Ready To Install. To power cycle hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or
until your Xbox One turns off) and then power it back on. If you still don't see the content please fill out the
