DLC content missing when downloading profile on "new" Xbox account.

My old Xbox 360 stopped working recently and decided to buy another one. When I downloaded my old profile, I noticed that I am unable to play any of the DLCs for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2. I remember getting the season pass code when the game initially released, which gave me access to download all of the DLC when they came out. I still have all the DLC content in my hard drive and even have achievements on my account that are exclusive to those DLCs. I already tried redownloading my profile again with no luck. I'm wondering how can get the DLCs back? And why they even took it away from my account in the first place? The Xbox Arcade never adjusts any of the prices, so It would not be reasonable for me to repurchase the DLCs for the original price even though the content is 9 years old and I've already purchased it.

I really apologize but if the transactions are successful it will be visible on our order history. This means that the transactions may not be successful or it was purchased under a different account.

So I checked the order history on all of my accounts that I ever used on Xbox Live, and I couldn't find the season pass or any of the black ops 2 DLCs on any of them. So now I'm no longer able to play these DLCs anymore even though I paid for them? This has got to be some kind of bug/issue on Microsoft's end.

I don't understand how checking the order history of other Microsoft accounts would resolve the issue. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it is possible to have multiple Microsoft accounts for a single Xbox account? If so, then can you please inform me on how I can find those Microsoft accounts?

Hi Francia, unfortunately the purchase of the season pass does not show up in the billing history. Oddly enough, one of the DLCs does show up in the billing history. However, it is shown as just a refund and the original purchase is not there, which makes no sense. I don't remember requesting a refund for any of the DLCs that I have bought. If I remember correctly, the code for the season pass came with the physical copy of the game itself which I bought from GameStop and redeemed the code on my Xbox. I don't think the season pass would show up in the billing history in that case.

We need to locate the transaction for the season pass first. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. We need to locate it and it should be stated as "completed" or "redeemed". If it's not showing up, kindly check all of the Microsoft accounts that you may have used.
