DLC content missing on Series X

My apologies for the late reply. Work has been hectic.

Yes, the game is entirely on my Series X and yes I already went through the process you listed before my original post. The content is not showing as owned, yet when I load the same disc up on my 360 everything is there.

It’s as if the Series X flatout refuses to acknowledge that I have paid for and downloaded that content.

When I play on 360, I can make progress and save. Then replay on my Series X but the load says that some content is missing.

I am certainly not going to re-pay for something I already have and can play using the same disc with the same account but on a different console.

I have also tried logging my account into a friend’s Series X and it has the same problem

Sometimes purchasing content using the Xbox 360 marketplace can lead to problems on Series X/S consoles

If you don’t mind, please try refunding the DLCs purchased and try instead purchasing the DLCs inside the games on your Xbox Series X/S

They are contents of DLC check in your games in ready to install and there should appear the missing contents

Welp.... Can't even get both challenge packs and this will bug me because I got all of Arkham Knight's DLC content and obviously Return to Arkham Asylum and City has the DLC preinstalled on my Series X. Really wanted to play all four with Auto HDR too!

I can see here that you're on Windows PC. We may need to repair the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your device > Re-launch the game.
